The Worcester Controls A34SW R1 Series 34 Pneumatic Valve Actuator is a compact, quarter-turn pneumatic actuator designed for automated valve positioning in industrial process systems, delivering reliable flow control for chemical processing, water and wastewater treatment, steam systems, compressed air lines, food processing equipment, and general manufacturing automation where precision valve actuation matters. This 90-degree, pneumatic spring-return actuator uses a modified Scotch Yoke mechanism to provide tailored torque output and adjustable travel, with an operating pressure range of 60–125 PSI and a spring-return range of 80–125 PSI. At 80 PSI, it delivers approximately 160 in-lbs of torque. It requires a 1/4 inch NPT air connection and a 1/2 inch NPT electrical/conduit connection and runs on clean lubricated compressed air, with a standard temperature range of 0°F to 160°F.
