Wörner DBS250-EW Separating Stop

The Wörner DBS250-EW Separating Stop is an industrial conveyor stopping module designed for controlled positioning and separation of pallet carriers in automated material handling and transfer systems. It is pneumatically actuated with infinitely adjustable damping and operates at 4–8 bar through a G1/8 air connection, compatible with Bosch Rexroth TS2plus transfer systems. The unit supports pallets up to 250 kg, features a hard-anodized aluminum housing with a hardened steel stop, and works with proximity switches and sensors for precise stop-and-release control. Designed for assembly lines, pallet handling, conveyor automation, and robotic cells, it provides reduced impact and vibration-damped stopping across speeds from 6 to 36 m/min.
