XIA DXP-XMAP PXI Digital Pulse Processor Module

The XIA DXP-XMAP PXI Digital Pulse Processor Module is a four-channel, PXI-based digital pulse processor for high-throughput X-ray spectroscopy, delivering 14-bit resolution at 50 MHz and Digital FIR Trapezoidal Filtering.
