Yaskawa CIMR-G7C23P7 General Purpose Inverter

The Yaskawa CIMR-G7C23P7 is a general-purpose AC inverter (VFD) in the G7 series, engineered for advanced motor control in industrial automation systems. It accepts 200–240 VAC three-phase input and delivers about 3.7 kW (roughly 5 HP) of output power, using vector control and V/f modes with a 3-level inverter design to reduce motor stress and electrical noise, especially on installations with long cable runs. The drive supports speeds up to around 400 Hz and provides motor speed, torque, and process control for three-phase motors in conveyors, pumps, fans, compressors, and machine tools, with stable torque and reduced harmonic distortion as key benefits of the G7 platform. Note: units labeled “no DC bus capacitors” are non-operational until repaired; this is a discontinued/legacy product, and common modern replacements include Yaskawa GA500 Series Compact Drive, A1000 Series Industrial Drive, and GA800 Heavy-Duty Drive.
