Yaskawa Electric Corporation SGDA-02AS Servo Drive

The Yaskawa SGDA-02AS servo drive, part of the SGDA (Sigma II) series, is a 200W class, panel-mount drive that provides encoder feedback-compatible speed, torque, and position control for compatible servo motors with 200–230 VAC input (single- or three-phase) using Sinusoidal PWM. It is widely used in CNC machining centers, labeling and packaging machines, pick-and-place systems, conveyors, and material handling equipment where accurate positioning and consistent motion performance are essential. It supports analog and pulse-train input, delivers a roughly 200 Hz frequency response, and includes protection for overcurrent, overvoltage, overload, and overheating, with forced-air cooling to maintain performance.
