Yuken Kogyo MHB-03-A-20 Counterbalance Modular Valve

The Yuken Kogyo MHB-03-A-20 Counterbalance Modular Valve precisely controls load holding and descent in hydraulic systems, preventing uncontrolled actuator movement and enhancing safety in vertical-load applications. It is designed for installation in hydraulic power units, lifting systems, industrial presses, and material handling equipment, functioning as a compact counterbalance valve with NG6 / CETOP 3 (03 Size) compatibility and ISO 4401 sandwich plate or stack mounting. This valve handles up to 315 bar and supports flow up to approximately 40 L/min, with a pressure-adjustable (spring-loaded) setting to tailor load control to the application. Built with a high-strength steel body, it is compatible with hydraulic oil (mineral-based fluids) across a temperature range of -15°C to +70°C. Applications include lifting machinery, presses, injection molding machines, and automated systems where controlled descent and load retention are critical.
