The Zero-Max 6A37C clamp hub coupling is a single-flex disc coupling (zero backlash) that connects rotating shafts to transmit torque with high precision in industrial power transmission systems. It features steel hubs with a composite disc element, a 22 mm bore, and a 3.75 in outside diameter, mounted via a clamp-style hub. It provides up to 3,200 in-lbs peak torque and 1,600 in-lbs continuous torque, with a maximum speed rated up to roughly 6,700–8,000 RPM. Its misalignment tolerance includes angular about 3°, parallel about 0.013", and axial about 0.070", enabling small shaft misalignments without sacrificing stiffness.
