Zero-Max C216P Shaft Coupling

The Zero-Max C216P is a double-disc flexible shaft coupling from the Control-Flex series, designed for precise torque transmission in servo motors, CNC machines, and automated equipment requiring accurate shaft alignment. Its double-disc, clamp-style construction provides high torsional stiffness while compensating for misalignment to minimize backlash in high-speed servo-driven systems. Rated for up to 57 in-lbs (6.44 Nm) of continuous torque and up to 81 in-lbs (9.15 Nm) peak torque at speeds up to 7,000 RPM, the C216P accepts bore sizes from 0.125 in (4 mm) to 0.750 in (20 mm). It allows maximum angular misalignment of 1.0°, parallel misalignment of 0.019 in (0.5 mm), and axial misalignment of 0.014 in (0.4 mm), with a torsional stiffness of 31.3 in-lbs/degree. The coupling measures 37 mm outside diameter and 37.6 mm overall length. Common replacements include the Zero-Max C211P, C223P, and C231P.
